These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of digitalstack.realaitruth.com and our text messaging program. By using the website or opting in to texts, you agree to these Terms. Purchases of the Digital Trifecta service are also governed by our Digital Trifecta Service Agreement at digitalstack.realaitruth.com/agreement.
1. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
2. Content and Ownership
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to MobiPro LLC or its licensors. HighLevel, Google, Stripe, and other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the platforms our services run on. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
3. Information on the Website
Statistics and examples on this website are provided for general information. Results vary by business, and we do not guarantee specific numbers of calls, leads, reviews, rankings, or AI recommendations.
4. Text Messaging Program (SMS Terms)
MobiPro LLC DBA Real AI Truth offers an SMS messaging program for appointment reminders, customer care messages, and occasional follow-ups and offers about our services.
- How you join: by checking the SMS consent box on our booking or signup forms, or by texting our business number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (980) 350-7700. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at rob@qrbuddy.ai or (248) 444-7644.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
