This Privacy Policy explains how Real AI Truth ("we," "us," "our"), a trade name of MobiPro LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit digitalstack.realaitruth.com, book a call, purchase our services, or communicate with us by phone, text, or email.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address, billing address, and anything you include in forms, messages, or calls.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Automatic information: basic website data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels (such as the Meta pixel).
- Call and message records: when you call or text our business number, we keep a record of the call or message, the phone number, and the time.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to you, schedule calls, and provide our services.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages.
- To process payments and manage your account.
- To improve our website and advertising.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
3. Text Messaging (SMS)
- We collect phone numbers to send appointment reminders, customer care, and service-related text messages, and, occasionally, follow-ups and offers about our services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our booking or signup forms, or by texting our business number first. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS service.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (980) 350-7700. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as HighLevel (customer management, phone, and messaging), Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting), and Google (business tools). They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
5. Cookies and Advertising
We and our advertising partners may use cookies and pixels to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Meta and Google account settings.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and restrict access to personal data to employees and service providers who need it to deliver our services.
